Ubuntu and OSX with Windows on my Dell
Mandrive pwns, but suse or PC linux are good as well
KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON.
damn small linux on a $50 computer FTW!
I'm currently using Ubuntu 6.06. Other distros I've used in the past are Suse (versions 6.3, 7.1, 8.1 & 9.2), Redhat 5.2 & 4.1.
just sent away for Kubuntu
Thanks guys. Sorry for the late reply (Been working on Vista; drivers are driving me crazy!)
I've tried Suse and I really like the Distro but it currenlty has some problems recognizing my hardware and even with drivers it's not working like it should.
Linux Mint, which I'm currenlty running is based on Ubuntu. Actually I started with Ubuntu and then made the switch to Linux Mint.
I've heard many things about Mandriva and Fedora Core but haven't had the time to try them yet plus I'm afreaid there maybe a steep learning curve.
As for KDE, I prefer Gnome. It's just less messy and more like a Windows environment to me...
Thanks again guys.
=/ I can never get openSUSE to work... it always explodes
Ubuntu, Fedora, Mandrivia are all good
I use Ubuntu...
*shudders at person who said 'Kbuntu'*
