Make sure you're relaxed, of course.
Try and make the area around you queit, so tell others who may be in other rooms.
Sit in a comfortable position, and Imagine a blank cinema Screen in front of you. And imagine that you're crumpling up all your thoughts that may pop into your head, and throwing them away.
It's very hard to explain how to naturally just meditate, but if you try what I just said, it should help you.
Meditating really can help, and it's not just for Witches, like myself, or Buddha's etc.
