New Laptop!

Ok, I couldn't find a low priced macbook so I'm going to buy the Dell laptop that Sovieto customized. The specs are perfect for what I'm going to do with it, so laptop problem solved. I guess you can used the thread for talking about laptops or desktops or whatever.

Basicly, when your "light gaming" having other programs up, like browsers, AIM, and along thoes lines, it might make it slower, or not. I'm not 100% sure but all graphics cards these days can handle games made atleast 1.5 years ago. Glad I could help!

i would try to get one w/ a core 2 duo proc, there way beter than pentiums

and that computer would NOT be good for gaming, it has an integrated graphics card which is shit

memory i believe is for helping to run programs and stuff, ever on an old computer try playing a game or something and it says: Out of Memory, or Not Enough Memory

Macbooks are awesome. I made the mistake of buying a Powerbook G4, about 3 months before the Intel Macs were announced. Wish I would have waited as I don't get much use out of my Powerbook, other than a great GUI and awesome video editing power. Which is useful for my uni course, but being able to run Windows in dual-boot warrants the purchase of a Macbook, whether you like Macs or not.

Good to see most of the people here aren't Windows fan-boys, flaming someone for suggesting a Mac.

Seriously, too unreliable go with a mac or soemthing, even though i hate the software on the mac, it looks good, and is in general good for movies and stuffs.
