need help with my sig

how do you take a pic from your computer and turn it in to a url?
becouse i need to turn the pic in to a url so i can put it as my sig

As Wii_BrEnDo2007 says..... sign up to any one of the online image storage sites. Pick a free one (although if you do decide to pay you get better features and storage allowances). Once you've done that you can upload the picture for your sig to that site. Then you can copy the link of it's location to wherever you want to online and the picture will show up. The image tags you have added eithre side of your sig to get it to show are correct, the location is wrong.

I would personally suggest using Photobucket to upload your images because Imageshack will delete them after a few minutes or so. You can keep all of your images in an album on Photobucket.
