It's a definite breach.

Maybe if Take Two paid him a little more to shut up....

Also, I'm not really excited for Man Hunt 2.
Maybe more people are? I'm not personally because the first one wasn't really that fun. Killing people in video games never really appealed to me. I'm not talking about like Jak And Daxter or Mario or Zelda. I'm talking about GTA: San Andreas, True Crime, Max Payne games that cash in on the gore factor are kind of sleazy.
