    How this thread works is very easy you just give rep to the person who posted before you and if you don't like that person then don't post on tell another person posts.

    What reputation is for:

    The reputation system is a way in which you can reward a member who has posted some information you find useful or has generally helped you on the forum.
    Threads that ask others to rep somone will be closed due to the fact that they are considered spam. Also this can be seen as a way of abusing the rep.
