I'm not trying to deny that people have moved up economically, it happens. Thats what so great about this country. I was just emphisizing the fact that Carnegie literally had nothing, and because ridiculously rich.

Also, i agree with you on the schooling thing. I was just refering to the whole factory scenario. You could literally work to death, and not get anywhere.

I totally agree. My history teacher is a badass though. She's totally open minded about things and isn't afraid to point things out that are intresting, such as why our country, or other country do things that are questionable. My favorite line from her: Follow the money.

Communism would be great if i didn't have so many opportunities for corruption and lazieness. I personally like Democratic socialism, or any other kind of socialism
