i have the .flv file (not sure if its the right one) now i just need to convert it

EDIT: ok, i cant convert this damn thing. it will play in a .flv player but all converters ive tried will not convert it. i hosted it on my webhost so if anyone can convert it to wmv or MOV or whatever go ahead. here is the link:

get VLC player for your mac. thats what i use. the only thing i found it cant play on a mac are HD WMVs.

i used a .flv grabber called orbit downloader. you run the program and then play the video you want to download and it will find the URL of the .flv and let you download it
