Someone stole my iPod back in high school too. I went straight to the office, told the Principal who did it and described it to him. I got it back the next day and the little bitch got suspended. She was so obvious. If you're going to steal my shit, don't take it out and use it when I'm aroind! Ha. She got owned.

If you want to get suspended, fight the guy. Also, chances are that the guy who stole your iPod will have others to back him up. So, even if you did end up beating him up he would probably have his friends jump you. And in the end, he would still have your iPod. If you want it back then talk to an adult and have them deal with the situation. Otherwise, you're only making things worse for yourself.
