ok, so idk what it's called in english but for you spanish speakers, i've had "se me sube el muerto cuando duermo"

what that means in english is that the ghost gets on top of you when you're sleeping. as you wake-up, you can't move, you can't speak but you feel this REALLY heavy pressure on top of you. only way to get it off is literally FIGHT IT OFF with your strength like a game of tug-of-war. it SUUUCKS!! i've been blessed twice by a priest, but the ghost WON'T leave me alone. worst of all, it ONLY happens to me :/

You're probably experiencing something called sleep paralysis, where the mind is conscious, but the body is still "asleep". Basically, when you go to sleep at night your body is temporarily paralysed to stop you acting out your dreams (sleep-walking is what happens when it doesn't work) and it wears off when you awaken, but sometimes some people can awaken in the middle of the night without this paralysis wearing off. Hallucinations are common during this state, especially of ghosts or aliens.

There is no denying that that is, in fact, sleep paralysis. It'd simply be absurd to say that 'a ghost sits on you and stops you from moving'. Another point, is that it 'only happens to you'. That simply means that you are suffering sleep paralysis.

And on the topic of ghosts, I've had some odd encounters - that is, however, an understatement. I don't actually believe in ghosts, I think it's a preposterous idea - yet, I can't explain the screaming noises and the rather horrific things that I've seen and experienced in this house. I know they're real, but I simply don't know what to put it down to.

i had this one moment where i was home alone. i filled a cup of soda and drank it. when i set the cup down, i stood there and all of a sudden i see the cup slowly sliding across. . .. i didn't think much of it. i didn't wanna freak myself out.

I saw the ghost of a ghost once. It looked like a ghost except it was even more transparent.

I've seen on TV stuff like someone seeing a spoon swirling around in a cup of coffee and I believe'n a lot of ghost story's so I'm in on what your saying.

My aunt told me a story about when she was a cleaning lady at an hotel not too long ago, she was cleaning someones room when they were away when she saw a transparent figure floating down the hallway dressed in old fashioned clothing. She did research on the cloths and found out that the cleaning women way back then at the hotel wore them.

Anyway thats my ghost story,
