HELP excel chart - bar grap

Hi guys, im trying to make a bar graph in microsoft excel and i can only get up to the part where I select how big i want the graph to be and the area with - titles axes tool bars ect... I cant figure out how to make it lets say go from 10 to 50 on the y axis, HELP!

Try double clicking the y-axis on the graph, then going to the "scale" tab. Hope that helps.
