How the **** do ya overestimate a Jigglysuck?
It's more that I gave it a shitty movepool.
Maybe the EVs could use changing too.

I wish t' learn moar 'bout these Monstrohaunters. Teach me, my soon-t'-be fellow hunters.
First question: is the Greatsword's damage output ever any good (when properly wielded)? What with it's DPS ranging between nothin' and absurd. Not that I'll care, even if it's game-breaking when used right, ugh. I can never stand sluggish tactics in any game.
The greatsword is incredibly powerful when wielded properly. It's all about knowing when to charge and unless hell on monsters. Dodging is critical for accomplishing this. Hm... Karpmod, what different weapons are available? Tri had greatswords, lances, hammers, longswords, sword and shields, and bowguns.
Which is t' say, knowing a monster's attack pattern and when it's open t' be walloped is integral, since it's hilariously sluggish t' dodge out of a Greatsword swing, yeah? Sounds like it'l require some turte-esque patience... hence, my plans t' not use one don't change.
U has all'a those, as well as Dual Blades, Hunting Horns, Gunlances (dat aint a gunblade), Switch Axes, and a regular ol' Bow on top'a light 'n heavy Bowguns. So far I've only actually tried ye olde Sword 'n Shield; for the sake of rememberin' them controls; the Bow, Greatsword and Longsword. I quite liked the Longsword, seemed a good balance'a speed 'n power for my preferred playstyle. I remember likin' lances way back when though, so I'll have t' see if I ain't a fan'a them moreso.
Oh right, forgot about Switch Axes. I liked them, in spite of being one of the most useless weapon types.
But ****, they brought back a lot of weapons. Bowguns were the most overpowered weapons in Tri, and you could beat the "final boss" in about 2 minutes with the right setup using them. Longswords are fun, but getting a combo going doesn't happen often so it loses some of its potential. Hammers are always useful with plain power and the ability to knockout monster by hitting 'em in the head. Sword and shield just sucks and is fun for fooling around.
Ain't like I'd used a Bowgun anyways. lolprojectilespam
How useful are Lances? Gave it a shot and I remember why I liked 'em... though I don't remember not bein' able to dodge sideways. Feels like a less sluggish Greatsword t' me.
Why're Switch Axes a piece'a shit?
With lances, poke the monsters to death. And dodge.
Ah, and switchaxes are only useful in sword form, which has a meter and then revert back into axe form unless you "reload" them.
