Oh, that reminds me. Recently found out that this is a thing. It links to an example, pretty sure it goes to turn 160 or something before the opponent ragequits.
And no, not that I know of. SwagKey, SwagPard, etc, along with paraflinch, are strategies considered cheap by many, and they both are somewhat stallish. And Perish Trap MegaGengar, which is sort of stall. Besides that I'm unaware of there being controversy over any form of stall. So many people are just impatient little noobs.

Just played the most frustrating game of TF2 on upwards to date. While on defence we were against THREE gunslinger engis and on offence it was four gunslinger engis.
I was actually playing soldier at the time, starting to get use out of my Battalions Backup (which is sweet since they changed it to damage). Needless to say a 50% damage decrease from sentries won't save you from 4 Mini Sentries all planted in different corners of the map, also the Short Circuit is a heap of shit and the attack radius needs to be decreased, you can run face first into Demomen and Soldiers (with banners) and they can do absolutely nothing to stop you. I don't class that as proper balance, although hitscan weapons will make short work of Engineers abusing it.

I got a quadruple stun on a team of prestiged players + 1 noob. Using just Glimmer t' get the first one. LOL
Also, it makes me sad t' see high level players suck hard at Wolfpack. 'Specially since they usually know better.
