My back gave out today.
Currently laying down, if no recovery I can say buy to my active life
I often lift outside my weight limits, I aint talking about down the gym.
21" CRTs, 32" CRTs, arcade machines stacks of chairs.
I am recovering, but its hard to get off the sofa, at least I am now down more yoga as one pose its great for getting stuff off the floor while keeping my back from moving
