Lockpicking increased to 20
When I get 'round t' gettin' my hands on Oblivion, I intend to actually use a sneaky character. As in more than just catchin' foes unawares and one-shottin' all of 'em with a well-placed arrow. Daggers, poison 'n other such stuff. Always regretted not playin' all-out stealth...
People use stealth in Elder Scrolls? The series has always had some of the worst stealth mechanics ever. The existence of chameleon pretty much makes sneaking pointless.
Even worse than the original Metal Gear?

Hi yes, hello. I've been trying to get the hang of playing on a set of Donkey Konga bongos. I've got the hang of waveshining into double laser 360 half pipe bananarama, but I'm having a hard time smash attacking. How loud should I be clapping?
Yes, actually. At least some of the game attempts making you feel like a stealth operative. ES gives you the option to be a thief, but it doesn't work as expected.

Combat has never been good in Elder Scrolls. I don't mind the unbalance part though. Morrowind lets you create your own spells, which is an awesome but not very balanced feature.
