Contrary to what CK will tell you, UU is pretty good. It's not a bad thing at all to be in UU. Roserade is in UU, and you like that, don't you? As well as Houndoom and Milotic.

That's right, tiers don't mean half as much as they used to back in the day; mainly because they're based solely on usage stats, except ubers.
