Thank the gods not all of 'em are so poorly designed. I would'a already quit Pokemon otherwise. Personally, I can deal with a Grimer or Vanillite here 'n there. Every species can't be a Magikarp or Lucario after all.

I think Vanilluxeand Trubbish and Pokemon like that were honestly meant to be funny. People that make Pokemon games probably have a sense of humor too, I wouldnt be surprised if there were made up just because they are sort of silly.

I think it was a cool, original idea. I get where it could get kind of problematic for people with bad experiences regarding someone shooting them self, but I find it kind of ironic. In the same way people end their own lives, they actually save their own lives and many others' in the process.
