Diff between Games N Music and R4DS

I just got my son a Games N Music thing. I was told it was more stable than its' predacessors (can't spell). But the microchip is only a 128 I think. I want to get something for my own DS because I'm big into pictures, videos and music. Should I get myself the same thing, but buy a 2g chip for it too (and how much is that, where would I get it?)? Or should I get an R4DS or something else instead?

well auction replay isint a varry good comany i had 7 auction replay cart's for my ds thay ware out in time but it counts how you handel them just get a 1 gig sd memory card that compadable to your wii to store images but it you want something more portable get a ipod touch thats what i did
