Currently you can't use External Drives (I searched the site), and you can only use this currently: Nintendo USB LAN adapter.

Yes you can use a USB HD.
The HD must be formatted to FAT 32, not NTFS.
Plus the HD into the Wii and remove any SD cards.
The Wii will detect the HD as the storage device.

Haz is right. The trick is FAT32, not NTFS.

worked for me(make sure you have taken the sd card out) now i have a 250gig![]()
