yep, been posted like 5 times but i have to say it 5 times too... damn people, can't do something else than get nintendo in trouble.
Respect everybody else's opinion so they respect yours.
People are so !@*# stupid/poor (or both) that they find a reason to sue for anything.
The Wii remotes were misused. The people failed to hold onto them while they were using them. I hope Nintendo wins this one.

Im actually suprised they have gone the far (the people charging Nintendo) seeing how Nintendo clearly advises and warns users to use the strap and GENTLY use the wiimote...
If the Xbox 360 console falls and hits someone, especially a small child, it could cause serious injury.
