    Wi-Fi for the Wii...

    I need to know if it is necessary for me to buy the nintendo wifi connector to go on the internet if I don't have a wireless router, but I have a cable connection.

    No, there should be an adapter released soon that will plug into the USB ports on the back and allow a standard ethernet connection.

    So, if you have a wired router then that will do.

    But the advantage of the Nintendo WiFi adapter is that you'll be able too take your DS online. If you have one that is...
