what with the freezing problem

my Wii froze a lot

piratically when looking for the wireless router.
it will keep looking for it for ever if it have problem or momently disconnect

already updated to 2.0E

Mine has never froze I would contact Nintendo and see if they will let you exchange it through the mail. Usually only takes a couple of days.

mine only crashed 2 times on opera! its only a trial so i wont worry yet.
