Wii user name

The Wii user name you guys have listed under your console number....is this your console name? And is that imperative to trading console numbers? I'm kinda confused as to what exactly that is.

Yeah, I'm not too sure what the username thing is all about. I don't think it affects the trading or Wii numbers though. It could be the name people want you to call them in your address book when you add them. Or it could be their Mii's name.
