    Of coarse it is. Rare cant take away games or characters Nintendo has already trademarked. Rare might not make anymore games for Nintendo in the future, thats all that means.

    both of thoes games/game series will be available, isnt this on the 101 faq i0n made?? that titles like donkey kong and stuff will be available? if you have doubt with me look at SSBM which has nintendo characters, from games made by rare, nintendo owns them!!!!!1111elevenone
