    What does this mean?

The Wii console communicates wirelessly with the Internet via IEEE 802.11 or a USB 2.0 LAN adaptor. Wii also can connect wirelessly with Nintendo DS.

Well, I contacted Nintendo of Europe not so long ago, and they refer to the USB add-on thing, like what the DS has. And yes, you connect in essence wirelessly. It should work with most wireless routers (apparently).

You should be able to see if your router is compatible By clicking here

P.S. It also gives you info on configuration (if needed).

    Hope this helps.

Mail me if you want to add me on either the Wii or the 360.
