Every Enemy has his very own attack scheme that he does over and over again.
Just try to find out what his attackcircle is.
Normally they always do it like: Hard Attack - Fast Attack - Fast Attack - Fast Attack - Hard Attack - Fast Attack etc. So you can easily find out when you're able to attack. Just always shield the Fast attacks and hit him when he goes out of balance.
