    Help! Screen Freeze!

    every few days I find that while I'm in the middle of a game on my new wii, the screen freezes and the TV makes a blaring beepy noise. the only cure is to turn it off.

    I also have this problem with my gamecube, but much less frequently.

    Go on www.nintendo.com (or look on the booklet inside your Wii) and look for customer support and give them a call. They're meant to be very helpful.

    My Wii (stop sniggering at the back!) freezes from time to time.

    Best to run the console before inserting the game and remove it when you're not playing it.
