    To make sigs, you need a photo-editing program. I don't even consider paint usable to make sigs, if you want a decent one, at least. If you don't have 700 dollars to buy Photoshop, I suggest you download GIMP. (I prefer Photoshop, but beginners usually get GIMP first.) I never used GIMP before, but I know it's actually pretty good. Just search google for "GIMP download," I guess.
