How I get to Address book?

Can someone help with my nooby question how do i get to address on my wii??

Go To The Wii Main Channel Menu ---> Go To The Wii Boards/Message (Bottom Right Corner)--> Go To The Wii Message Thing (Bottom Left Corner) but not the calendar icon
and you should see the 3 Icons to pick, Memo, Send Message, and Address Book
