I was wondering, is it possible to copy internet channel and games you have downloaded to the SD card and then transfer it to your friend's wii.
Will they work? If they do we can save a bunch of points.

No. The Vc titles will only work on the Wii they were downloaded to. It ties it to the Wii console code. This is why you can redownload anything from the shop channel to that wii at anytime and from any connection/location.

Nope sorry I do not think this is possible. Nintendo have always said that you are unable to share Wii points and move software from Wii to Wii..
