Does the WII have a gamers card or points system?

Just wondering if wii had a gamers card or something like that. I heard about something along time ago but wasnt sure. If so can someone explain how it works. Thanks

there's a virtual console on the wii, and to buy retro games you need wii points where you can buy at stores(or use a credit card)

Ya you can buy older nintendo games like super mario
or sonic, plus many others.

The average Virtual Console game is 500-800 Wii Points.

Yep, I think it's $20 For 2,000 Wii Points.

So like each game is $6-$7.
