    Question:UK/American Wii

This may be a silly question, but I'm going to ask anyway. Can you play the American version of Wii games on a UK version of the Wii or are the version of games different by country?

    Understand?

    Thanks,
    TJ

European and australian wiis are PAL. American are NTSC(U) and japanese are NTSC(J). They are not compatible with each other.

(unless you have your wii modded to allow it to be region free.

Actually a friend of mine got a Wii from Taiwan and the american games are playable on that Wii. So i don't think all the regions are locked

No you may not play Games on a Wii from a different region. The Wii, like the cube, are region locked.
