Wondering about locating a stolen wii...

Someone recently broke into my friend place and stole their Wii. I was wondering if Nintendo has a thing that watches for serial numbers that logs onto there Wii network?

Contact Nintendo customer support. If you registered your Wii online, they may be able to aid police to track it down, since every Wii has a unique serial number and identifier code.

if you, were to call nintedo customer support and tell them about the stolen wii, they ask you for information about it and such and for the seriel number

if the guy who stole the wii were to connect the wii online, nintendo could flag it as stolen and send the police to where the signal is coming from

God that sucks...I doubt the police would monitor that though. You could always give it a try though.

This might sound crazy but...................................... CALL/EMAIL Nintendo and report it.

Just an idea.

If you don't know your Wii serial number and other details then you might not be able to do anything, but if you do, report it.

Hey...someone broke into my friend's house and stole his Wii too...! Only his Wii, there was a perfectly good laptop sitting on a table next to it and they ignored it.
