I kinda wish i hadn't preordered online now, i've never camped out for a console before and i think it sounds like a lot of fun

Camp out for your preorder! If you do that, you get all the fun, and you don't have to wait so long!

    dont DO DRUGS!

Agreed ZeroG , the camp outs are fun, its mostly the teenage crowd with a few adults mixed in, dedicated parents, etc. The 360 launch was a bit wild, they ran out of "premium" systems and a fist fight broke out. But dont worry the Nintendo launches i have attended are considerably calm. Mostly groups sharing info, and talking about which games to get. If you do have a pre order it truly does not garauntee a system...it doesnt.Online sure, but stores have sold pre orders if they are sure of a second shipment, in this case, it will ship again the next day 20th. So if you pre ordered at gamestop you still will have to get in line. I was assured that if I strolled in without pre order on the day of the launch I could still buy the wii. More food for thought, they truly cant garauntee anything these days, look at TMX Elmo I preordered that puppy 8 months ago, I didnt get one til a month after the first shipment.

I agree with Rand, kinda weird. But anyone around KCMO is welcome to join me and my group of friends. My friend David works electronics at Wal-mart, so I know when they will start to line up and everything, so I am set. Then I am having a launch party at my house after the 8 of us get our systems. There will be 'party favors' and everything. PM me if you are intrested.

Waited 13 hours, but I got my Wii!

May I add that when/if you get a console, keep it wrapped up in a few bags so people can't see what's inside. I remember when I picked up my Ps2 at the mall. I ended up hanging around the mall for a bit and wrapped that bitch up so no one had any idea what I was carrying. I wish everyone the best and stay safe guys... and sexy Wii playing ladies.
