I currently live in the US and have a Wii. In the next couple of months I will be relocating to the UK for about 12 months. I want to take my Wii with me, but will a US Wii work in the UK?? I know i will need a new power adapter - but is that all?? Any ideas?

um, i think the wii's are region locked so if you get a game from there and try to play it on your wii from here, it wont work.

No it wont. Else I would have been importing games from the us all the time :P
Anyway: Internet not working? How do you figure that?

Tip of the day:
A big mistake a lot of you make is that wiiware games will be free.
Wiiware is just the same like the virtual console. Its different in that it offers new games instead of old console games.
I can think of some easy games ( Like tetris and some other in that direction ) that can be free but the majority will cost money.
