have no fear...i have a ps3 and im in love..lol..no but all kidding aside, dvd's not released in blu ray? that will prob be a long time from now no? unless u know something i dont...

I'll check through some old newspaper articles, but I'm sure one of the large hollywood publishers dropped bluray as the prefered 1080 DVD format. They were going to release all of their HD DVD's in the amazingly named HD DVD. I'm pretty sure it was someone like Paramount or something. Give me a few minutes to see if I can find that article again.

I like it when I'm checking out the new games in GAME and I can hear people coming in and asking the staff if they've got any wiis in stock, and like you sayd when you hear people talking about it it makes me feel good too lol.

It's another glaring reason why PS3 is losing the console and format war. Nobody here is going to disagree that the PS3 is by far the most superior console out there, and the Blu-ray is a far superior DVD format. The only problem with these "better" products is the price. These are the people that forget that we live in a consumer market, and in that world cheaper = better not better = better. (just look at walmart and the crap they sell, but where's walmart now, probably building a new store in your backyard.)
