    external hard drive?

    Hey guys I was just wondering do you think they will bring out some firmware in order to use an external hard drive? Just wondering if you have heard anything or what your speculations are.

    As far as I know - Nintendo is keep quiet about this. I would expect them to support External HDs.

    They wouldn't bring out "firmware." The "firmware" would be the operating system on the Wii.

    That could be a possibility, but it doesn't exactly work the same way with consoles as it does with computers. External hard drives have to have drivers for windows if they want to make any money.
