Because I think Mii parade should be a march of your own created Mii's (Maybe even some from Wiiconnect24 like Mii's from your address book ect.)

Sorry, but someone had to say it... I mean, 20 minutes... C'mon...

And if you read what it was about, which it tells you right when you start it, (Or click something there, forget which.) you'd know that it's a parade of the Mii's stashed in your memory, or ones that have traveled to your console.
