I would question most of those being good games

Indeed, the OP was EXTREMELY loose with picking good titles. Only a handful of great games exist on the Wii, especially in comparison to other consoles that have AAA titles oozing out the wazoo. Multi-platform titles can't really be counted if you have both a Wii and a 360/PS3 since the heavy console version is explosively better, the only exception I've seen to this is Godfather I.

The wii has droughts, and we are currently in one until the summer when The Conduit and such release. I'm currently using the wii as a gamecube for retro games I've been picking up lately, it hasn't gotten any true wii time in months.

I love and hate the wii. It's a console with so much potential but developers are giving it the stink eye after Madworld (a mediocre game at best) didn't do well, claiming "there's no hardcore crowd." Promising titles are ages away and we as gamers have to WAIT for even a decent game to come out every now and then, whereas the owners of other consoles have a large number of choices.

As the owner of a Wii/PS3, along with a mega computer, I'm getting my fill. But if I didn't have the finances for that and only had a Wii, I would sell it and get a console where I'm not hung out to dry until a third party developer actually puts effort into a title.

It's not about fanboyism, it's about quality. An action game that lasts a few hours with a replay or two is nothing compared to the multiple 80+ hour adventures on PC/heavy consoles, or their games with excellent online components that can last for years.
This is exactly what the problem is. Any decent game that comes out on the Wii is considered "Amazing" or even "A triple-A title" when they're not, it's a common case of big fish, little pond.

Monster Hunter 3 is going to be one of those amazing adventures, so is FFCC (hopefully), but none of these games are out and the heavy consoles already have plenty of them.

The Conduit will be setting the standard for FPSs on the Wii, in both gameplay and visuals. I welcome it and I can't wait to get my hands on it, and I truly hope it sells well to shut up those stink-eye giving developers who are probably on their fifth or sixth Unreal engine game. But until then, as I stated before, we're in a drought.

As to be said, my list isn't trying to be geared to being biased. It is merely laziness. It took me awhile to collect data. Trying to correct the list was just not of my interest. I ripped out from a list I designed to be an obvious bias (to refute silly and naive arguments). I was simply too lazy to modify the list I provided. Also to say that I didn't provide information about multiplatform games is a lie. I denoted all exclusives for the Wii were denoted with an asterisk. All games without the Asterisk can be found on other platforms.

The Wii has 8 of these so called "AAA titles". 3 which are exclusive.
The PS3 has 12 of these so called "AAA titles". 3 which are exclusive.
The Xbox360 has 20 of these so called "AAA Titles". 5 which are exclusive.
That isn't a large gap, now is it? Plus the Xbox360 has been around longer as well. It would be expected for it to have more exclusives.
Also to say all multi platform games are vastly superior on the PS3/Xbox360 is subject to opinion. You will never catch me playing a shooter with dual analogs. I would rather have my stripped down version and have the Wii controls over what the other two companies offer.

Some good games have been released on the Wii during this time year. Games such as Little King's Story, Guitar Hero: Metallica, New Play Control! Pikmin 2, Pro Evolution Soccer, Excitebots: Trick Racing, Madworld, Rune Factory Frontier, House of the Dead Overkill and plenty of other games.

If course I played my Wii with retro games as well. With backwards compatiability with Gamecube games and the addition to the Virtual Console.

All gaming platforms have incurred poor sales. Also, all consoles have large numbers of choices. The Wii has over 400 titles. The PS3 and Xbox360 have 600 titles, many which are shared between the two. That doesn't sound like variety of choice but simply choosing hardware with similar games.

When it becomes a console war debate. People coming in to tell us it is wrong to own a Wii and the idea of having it hooked up or making use of it is criminal as a user. To be beneath those who have a Xbox 360 and PS3 owners.

This is something that goes unappreciated. People seem to neglect the value of others having opinions that differ from others.

That happens to be what you value in a game. A lot of people will disagree with you. Some people are even upset with the idea of Multiplayer online getting rid of Single Player gameplay. Some people will argue that multiplayer should be a simple addition instead of the core focused package.
