    Is Wii Fit regional?

    Hi, I have a Wii from Japan and I live in America. I half bricked it once when I put a US version of Big Brain Academy in. I was able to recover the machine, but now I'm wondering if the same thing will happen if I use a Wii Fit here in the US. Thanks.
