    Footwear for Balance Board

    I was wondering if is OK to wear sneakers while using the Balance Board. I have suffered from foot problems in the past, and want some kind of cushioning..

    light sneakers should be ok, but take it easy on the board. i prefer socks myself...

    Thanks for the quick reply ! I usually wear socks, but some of the Wii Fit Plus games require a lot of stepping ! Don't want foot problems again !!

    forgot to mention if you have big feet shoes will make it unplayable. hope that's not a problem... :]
