    Can a Japanese Vesrion be used in Australia

    I recently got a japanese version wii console from overseas. When I plug the power in, the light of the adaptor is on, but the power of the console itself cannot be turned on. Please kindly help me as it is a present for my daughter which she's been longing for a long time. Thank you very much.

    Well it could be that the plug that you put your wii in is probably having some problems or the plug you got for your wii from japan is messed up.

    Try plunging it up some were else around the house    .
