You will have to buy a new one, unless you can get a mod chip...which would probably be more expensive then the actual Wii itself.

Not at the moment no, but something may become avaliable to allow you to do so. I believe they are called 'freeloaders', and i think are out for most consoles.
I think the first party games are region-free, not sure about the third party ones.
i hate being an international kid sometimes....
