master pin

I bought a used Wii months ago & now I want to connect to internet, but it says parental controls won't allow me, so I go to screen for pin & it says to give confirmation # & CALL NINTENTO.....another screen has a master pin, that I don't know either, any ideas ?

Unless you can call the previous owner and get those PIN numbers, you might have to get in contact with Nintendo directly for them to do factory resets and the like. Go to the Nintendo's site here, select your country, and click "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page to get their info and the like. Best of luck gettin' your PIN problem figured out.
