    Philips Tv

I have a Philips model 20PT6441/37 it has the component jacks in the back and the manual says that component cables will work. do the wii component cables that brings it to 480p work with any component video set up. If my tv has the inputs is it all the same as far as 480 p and the nintendo cables? if i sound repetitive and unsure its cuz i am please be nice

The component cables will work fine your TV, but check the manual to see if it has progressive scan capabilities. If so, you'll be at 480p, if not than the cables will help to sharpen the picture still so there's no harm in getting them. You have nothing to lose.
    Oh no... Wii suck again!
