itfc that really isn't productive to the thread - this person is looking for games for there children.

and more adult games: Splinter cell double agent is out...play that. Metal slug will be out soon and that has guns and shooting in.

Don't know if this is what you are looking for, but the wii has some games that are only directed towards younger kids.

UbiSoft is releasing a a point an click adventure game /with 15 minigames. It's called "Cosmic Family". http://www.gamespot.com/wii/action/c...45&mode=recent

And also if you are looking for something a bit more educational, there's many learning-based games designed for the wii that you can access through the opera internet channel.
Here's all the ones I know of:
    Arcademic Wii Games - http://arcademic.altec.org/wiilist.htm
    Multiplication Games - http://www.gamequarium.com/multiplication.html
    Weekly Reader Games - http://weeklyreader.com/kids/games/

My little brother is 5 and plays warioware. It's a little hard for him, but he beats the levels after enough practice.

What about Elebits? Thats a nice cute game a kid could enjoy I think. But then again the bosses might be too scary...I dunno. Your best bet to sit with them at the computer and show them some vids of the different games at IGN.com so they can see what they like. It worke with my 9 year old brother. Just a suggestion. However definitely get SpongeBob, Super Monkey Ball, and Pixar's Cars.

My 3 year old loves Wario. I let him play with my saved game so he can access the "Temple of Form" with all the different micro games. He's gotten to the point where he can use the remote to select which game he wants and he is actually getting pretty good at some of the games. He's not 3 1/2 yet so I would think Wario could be a good game for the 4 - 7 age range.
