Stuck on Page 246 getting help for Mida

Hello, I'm half way throught the game. Mida needs help and I got back to the bar where the cat tells me to go up into the window. I try to push the crate so I can jump up but the crate won't move when I press A.

I can't do anything else until I get past this point.

Any idea's.

stand to the left of the box(i think) and wait for the "grab action" icon to appear.Hold down "A" and push to the right with the analog stock..
worked for me and everyone else =)
