Mortal Kombat Armageddon Kreate A Fatality

I've had Mortal Kombat Armageddon on Wii for nearly a week now, and I've been playing it extensively - I've already finished Konquest (which was damn good fun), unlocked all the characters, all the alternate costumes and almost everything else in the Krypt, but what's aching me is the gesture-based Kreate A Fatality.

Has anyone else had any trouble with this? I found a site here which tells which gestures give which moves, and even with this I find they are still difficult to do correctly.
