Anyonw have Tiger Woods 08?? Please help!!!

I cant seem to set up a two player game for Tiger Woods 08 on the Wii using two seperate remotes. Passing the controller back and forth during a two player game with a friend is starting to get annoying. For some reason, the remote wont read when i start a game. Anyone know what Im doing wrong? And yes, the batteries work fine.

I know on the PS2 we used to have to pass the controller around, and actually i think the gamecube version as well. check the manual, but I think it might be that you only need the one controller.
Maybe someone with the wii version can correct me?!
