MP3: 100% Pickup Help

I have already beat the game but did not beat it at 100% so i did not save it when it game me the option to at the end. I have done some back tracking and was able to get all the pickups to show on my map for all locations except for Valhalla. I am having trouble tho getting several of the ones that show up. Here are the locations that I need help with

SkyTown, Elysia - Powerworks - Pickup looks like is in between top and bottom section

Eastern SkyTown, Elysia - Concourse Ventilation - Outside window on top floor

After these pickups are aquired I will still only have 97 of the 100. I know that their are no additional pickups in Phaze so the remaining 3 must be located on Valhalla. Can anyone give me the room locations of the pickups there. Thanks

these use the spider ball track~

and goto bryyo where you got the spin attack jump (its at a warp and you enter an ice world) there are 3 there.
